Our farm is located on a 12-acre plot of land in the beautiful Hudson, NY. In addition to our fields, we have a 150-ft. greenhouse with an underground radiant-heat system that allows us to grow throughout the harsh New York winter efficiently. We also have two smaller 40-ft greenhouses in which we grow microgreens throughout all 4 seasons. We grow fruit and vegetables, plant transplants, potted plants and cut flowers, all with 100% organic and sustainable methods. We give nutrients back to the soil as we take from it, continuously cover cropping, using innovative organic pest management methods and reducing food waste by preserving produce and turning it into value-added goods.
